The Peninsula Challenge No 2 (14 and Under) which is the final meet of WASA’s 2015/16 Swimming Calendar will be held on
Saturday 12 March 2016
at the Warringah Aquatic Centre
Warm-up: 4.30pm
Start: 5.00pm
Meet expected to conclude around 8.30pm
Meet Outline:
All events will be timed finals, with swimmers seeded in heats based on their entry times for:
- 25m and 50m Freestyle 25 m and 50 m Butterfly
- 25m and 50m Breaststroke
- 25m and 50m Backstroke
- 100m Individual Medley
- Club relays: 4 x 25m or 4 x 50m freestyle, according to age.
A CLUB MAY ONLY ENTER A MAXIMUM OF TWO TEAMS per relay event.
Entry Fees:
Individual Events: $4 per swimmer per race, paid to your club Race Secretary with entry.
Relays: $8 per team.
LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Qualified technical officials and volunteers will run the meet.
We also ask that Clubs provide assistance.
Swimmers placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each age group will receive medals.
Swimmers in relay teams placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd will receive ribbons.
