- Age as at date of meet
- Only one relay team per club per age group
- Qualifying time: Swimmers must have recorded a time which is better than or equal to the qualifying time set. See meet programme for more information
- Entry is $4 per individual event and $8 per relay
- Entries will not be accepted without a WASA registration number and an entry time
- Entries close 7 September 2015
- No late entries will be accepted
- This is non record, non points meet
